Location of Civic Offices
Cork City Council offices are located on Anglesea Street, Cork City. Office opening hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Cash Desk and Planning Offices close at 4 p.m. The Parking Office public counter is open between 12.00pm and 4.00pm daily.

Parking
On street disk parking is available on Anglesea Street (1 hour zone). Parking Disks are available for purchase at City Hall. The City Hall multi-storey car park has a central location and is located on Eglinton Street, adjacent to City Hall.
Access
The Access Officer is responsible for ensuring access to Cork City Council services for persons with a disability. The Access Officer may be contacted at contacted at 021-4924037 or accessofficer@corkcity.ie. Fixed Counter Induction Loops are fitted in the public offices located on the Ground Floor of City Hall and also in the Council Chamber where council meetings are held.
An Eclipse reader is available at the Main Reception desk for persons with impaired vision.
Wheelchairs are available from the Porter's Desk for visitors who require assistance with mobility.
